An International Buffet Experience For More Than 150 VIP Guests
The culinary experience featured an international buffet prepared by Mena Catering’s professional chefs.
Guests enjoyed premium selections including an Italian Cold Cuts Station, Fresh Salmon Sashimi, Superior Abalone Soup, alongside Asian and Western signature dishes such as Italian Braised Beef, Honey-Roasted Chicken, Japanese-style Grilled Meat, and a seafood station featuring Australian Giant River Prawns, New Zealand Green Mussels, and Babylon Snails.
A highlight of the event was the live Carving Station, where chefs freshly served Roasted Australian Striploin and Whole Roasted Pork, creating an engaging fine dining experience.
