On the opening day, the Menas exhibition space quickly became a vibrant B2B networking hub where partners, industry professionals and business representatives gathered to exchange insights and explore new opportunities.
Menas showcased a portfolio of imported food, curated gourmet products, and particularly a collection of Italian wines imported directly from San Silvestro, a renowned winery from Piemonte, Italy.
Among the highlights was Pajon Barbera d’Asti D.O.C.G. Superiore, a premium wine crafted through refined aging, expressing the distinctive terroir of Monferrato with a rich, elegant and balanced tannin structure.
Piemonte D.O.C. Barbera Passito Appassimento, made from Barbera grapes using the natural appassimento drying technique, delivers a velvety texture combining subtle natural sweetness with smooth, lingering tannins.
Inspired by the legend of Emperor Ottone I and the knight Aleramo of Monferrato, Piemonte D.O.C. Barbera Ottone I offers a distinguished red wine profile rooted in tradition and expressed through refined layers of aroma.
Meanwhile, Alta Langa D.O.C.G. Metodo Classico represents Piemonte’s premium sparkling wine tradition. Produced using the traditional method from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, it offers fine bubbles and an elegant character suited to fine-dining experiences.
Wine Tasting and Cold Cuts Create New Business Opportunities
The Wine Tasting and premium Cold Cut experience at the Menas booth welcomed hundreds of B2B partners, culinary professionals, general managers and executive chefs from premium hotels and resorts.
The opportunity to experience Italian wines and curated products firsthand not only showcased Menas’ supply capabilities but also generated discussions around distribution partnerships and direct supply through the Mena Gourmet Market network.
Through these activities, Menas continues to strengthen its role in connecting international brands and producers with modern retail networks and HORECA business customers in Vietnam.
